Looks to me like a real-sprite where a there should be a recolor map, but I'm not sure why that would happen.
The only thing I can think of is not having ccol2[w].grf loaded.

I don't see why TTDPatch doesn't use the standard colour maps if ccol2w.grf isn't loaded.
It wouldn't be as nice, as you'd be stuck with the dark green, but it would work

He's like, some kind of OpenTTD developer.
