You know what would be great? If you could select part of the screen to make screenshots of only the interesting parts from within ottd...Darkvater wrote:You know what would be great guys? If you could limit the screenshot size to 800x600. Just cut out the uninteresting parts. This way the images get inlined in the thread and the users don't have to click on each file to look at them. Just make sure the format is PNG (as most of you already do so).
Well, in a way, you can. Just switch to windowed mode, and resize the window to only show the interesting stuff.Mek wrote:You know what would be great? Sure, anyone can. Usually we meet in IRC first (#purno at quakenet), but you can find any server via the "Find Server" button, just be sure you have the correct version.jamesvassie wrote:cool!

But make sure you take the screenshot from within OpenTTD, and don't take a screenshot of the window, as many people do, as that ends up in 24-bit, which can be significantly larger in filesize than the 8-bit TTD palette you have when you take a screenshot in-game.Hackykid wrote:Well, in a way, you can. Should we also add the whole slew of Photoshop Filters to OpenTTD then?Mek wrote:You know what would be great? If you could select part of the screen to make screenshots of only the interesting parts from within ottd...
I dont mind having them as links. if they were embedded pictures, then it would take some time & memory to load even only one page of the thread. As links i just open them as new tabs in the background, and can watch only those i really want.Darkvater wrote:You know what would be great guys? If you could limit the screenshot size to 800x600. Can we expect this feature in 0.4.0 or sooner?Darkvater wrote:Should we also add the whole slew of Photoshop Filters to OpenTTD then?![]()

Alltroght I found some dublications, that does not make sense. Note that it is just the yellow and green path that does not make sense, but most of the traks they go on make sense.
