Don't know, is it a bug or just low detail: in russian localization news about helicopter sounds like "First AIRPLANE arrived at helicopter landing pad". Is it okay? Or all flying vehicles considered an airplanes?

I think it's "Air vehicle" or something like that in English - maybe the original translator assumed that it would be airplanes only.

I also can work on the spanish translation for OpenTTD. I seen some games I worked for they have a mixed translation of spanish from Spain and spanish from LATAM... That's really bad. I'm translator for castilian (Spanish from Spain).

Yes, it's alwys relevant.
Whether you'll be accepted or not, is another matter, as there appear to be Russian and Ukrainian translators already (at time of writing this, https://translator.openttd.org/project/openttd-master shows all string have ru_RU translations and most have uk_UA translations)

How to translate NewGRF? The first post says that there is a translator, but it does not work.

We don't reject translators just because there are already translators for that language. Many hands make light work.

The translator I linked is for translating string that are part of OpenTTD itself, not any NewGRF.
To provide translations for NewGRFs, generally, you'll need to contact the author/maintainer of each NewGRF to find out how to do it.
