Re: Translators, sign up here
I am available for translate into Italian.
Take this opportunity to ask: who deals with the translation of the game in Italian? I would like to propose some minor changes to some points.

Don't know, is it a bug or just low detail: in russian localization news about helicopter sounds like "First AIRPLANE arrived at helicopter landing pad". Is it okay? Or all flying vehicles considered an airplanes?
Re: Translators, sign up here
I think it's "Air vehicle" or something like that in English - maybe the original translator assumed that it would be airplanes only.

Hello. Anyone can count with me for Spanish translation. I have experience translating videogames.
I'm not very active in this forum so you can contact me through Discord at Balthoraz#6653 or PM for any project request.
I also can work on the spanish translation for OpenTTD. I seen some games I worked for they have a mixed translation of spanish from Spain and spanish from LATAM... That's really bad. I'm translator for castilian (Spanish from Spain).

Yes, it's alwys relevant.Guardian wrote: 02 Oct 2024 09:57 Hello, is this topic still relevant? I can translate text into Russian and Ukrainian.
Whether you'll be accepted or not, is another matter, as there appear to be Russian and Ukrainian translators already (at time of writing this, https://translator.openttd.org/project/openttd-master shows all string have ru_RU translations and most have uk_UA translations)

Re: Translators, sign up here
We don't reject translators just because there are already translators for that language. Many hands make light work.

Re: Translators, sign up here
The translator I linked is for translating string that are part of OpenTTD itself, not any NewGRF.Guardian wrote: 03 Oct 2024 09:27 How to translate NewGRF? The first post says that there is a translator, but it does not work.

To provide translations for NewGRFs, generally, you'll need to contact the author/maintainer of each NewGRF to find out how to do it.
