I wish Openloco had some postprocess effects like bloom and blur around the edges, similar to the ones in Age of Kings DE.

As for the driving carriages, I need to check if it's possible to create such a train composition in the game - driving carriages on the ends of the train, locomotive in the middle.

You could probably have some kind of converted RE460 as a non driving motor car (like the ones you see on EMUs).

Yes, it is. See the "SNCF RIO 80 régionales Picardie + BB 16500 Picardie" on this page --> https://www.walter1940.de/downloads/kom ... ch-france/

Nice, thanks! I might have to steal parts of your XML code if you don't mind. :)

I checked your code, but it's different to what I was thinking of. You have the train as two fixed parts, I wanted to create a modular set of different carriages, driving carriages and locomotives. The Goldenpass Panoramic train isn't fixed in its composition, but changes often - you can google the images to see. I know the original APT in the game has a power car, carriages and driving carriages, so maybe playing around with this code will work. However the APT power car can't drive by itself, but needs two driving carriages. So that's something that needs to be checked - the Ge 4/4 III should work by itself or only with carriages if needed.

Ok I understand. Does that help you? This allows you to place the locomotive in the middle of the train.

Yes, that looks good! I know the bit_# values control this behaviour, unfortunately they are not listed on the Locomotion Wiki, so it's always trial and error when needing to do something with them.

Yes, you can only try.
Most I know about the deceased digidampfman.

I recently finished the ABe 8/12 Allegra along with the Bernina Express panorama carriages. It was an exercise to see if a relatively simple 3D model with most detail added via textures would be enough for Locomotion and I think it actually worked out. The textures were taken from pictures and photos off the internet and touched up to line up with the 3D model.

Looks great! Should go well with Walter's Arosa Express.

The Arosa Allegra is actually a fictional livery, existing only as a model train. But it looks good, so I decided to add it as well.

Here is a preview of what is to come in my 2022 pack - some are new units, some are updates of previously released models.

Looks amazing, would love to see some Glacier Express coaches (or a CC version of the panorama coaches) to go with the built in locos. (though even then I've begged for too much stuff at this point lol)

I have still a few things from Switzerland planned for the 2022 pack.

Not sure what to couple the other Ge 4/4 III with, hmm... ?(

Did a quick test and the Ge 4/4 III can be put in the middle of a train composition (the MOB one at the back).

Very nice, I love the larger scale. Looks much nicer than the built in one.
Cool to see that the coding has proven successful.

I remember seeing this one old OSE platform (basically just the mountain platform with different lights), but it was probably just a figment of my imagination since I can't find the pic anymore.

I like the slightly larger scale too, the game default trains are too small compared with the track width and don't even touch the catenary.

I caught that once, had a screaming baby the whole way. Oh well, what else can you do?
I THINK there was a Ge4/4 III in a Rhaetian Glacier Express livery, not sure though.

Lots of train composition possibilities with the new carriages and driving carriages. The only small problem I have is that the two MOB Ast driving carriages need at least a power of 1 kW, otherwise the locomotive goes to the front automatically and doesn't stay in the middle... :?
