With a side order of fries, and a coke!

Use the original grf provided in first post

How will this work with savegames?

Peter, I assume this patch breaks GRM, do you have plans to create an extended GRM?

Did anyone else experience this?
(Issue only on avail. list display. Sprites in depot and for purchased vehicle are displayed correctly.)

Sorry, I didn't think there would be a patch option for this. Very busy these days to check and play.
Thanks Peter.

athanasios Check the first post
In Patches Menu if you activate in the tab Vehicles the option " Enable multiple NewGRF engine sets " you can have all the vehicles set's you want at the same time to choose and play with..

Aw geez, and just when I thought I would be for once using the stable releases for at least few more months.
Just mixed a few trainsets for fun. It was amusing seeing maglev trains from UKRS and original game running on shinkansen tracks but seeing all the various trains together was kind of cool.

Now I guess I only have to mix and match to see what trainsets works the best together (from the quick testing I did, I saw right away that the original vehicles were clashing the most ironically).
Actually, any quick suggestions on train sets that works together without clashing too much?

I saw someone in another thread metioning that this feature would be part of the 0.6.X releases; I'm using 0.6.0, but haven't been able to find the mentioned patch setting for this feature, and thus not been able to use multiple GRF's. Have I misunderstood the feature inclusion and is this only present in the nightlys?''
Any help would be appreciated!

Either that thread was wrong, or you misunderstood something. This feature is definately not in 0.6.0. It might be included in 0.6.1 (please note that 0.6.1 RC1 is not 0.6.1). Currently, it's only available in the nightlies.

My guess is: they don't. The latest grf on the list overwrites those before it. That's a guess though.

Thanks for the help; got it working now. And it is brilliant! Having several train types to choose between is incredible, both from an economic and aesthetic view. However; is it possible to have a vehicle display filter that will only show you vehicles from one specific GRF at a time? I just tried playing a failry large island map where I wanted different trains on each island, and loaded 4-6 trainsets, and it got REALLY confusing trying to remember which locomotives and carriages that belonged to each other, not to mention that the "New Vehicles" window became incredibly long...
Thanks for a brilliant new feature!

I really like this feature. Shame every time I try a nightly it screws up constantly. Hopefully it'll be seen in 0.6.1 RC2. Then I can start seriously using it.

What do you mean?
You mean you can't use this feature in the last nightly?
If so have you enabled in the tab Vehicles the option " Enable multiple NewGRF engine sets "?

No, he said that he considers nightlies unstable and thus doesn't want to play with them.

A shame, really...
Or maybe he just does not know how to deal with it... for some obscure reasons.
Remember, he did not said what was wrong...
and no, Comeng 523M, that feature will not be in RC2. They are only bug fixing versions. For the most of it
