LOL... any old fool (orderly queue please fall in behind me) can redraw the numbers with a different colour.
I wanted to add a sprite recolour map so that I kept 1 set of graphics, but could at will change what colour they are displayed in. Unfortunately the system to use a newgrf defined sprite recolour map is... horrible! Its ok when the recolour map is defined in the standard base files, but not a custom one in a newgrf. What I may do is redo the numbers into the colours used by the tile highlighter, and then I could reuse their remap colours.
Although it has to be said, the sprites you've sorted there are very nice....

Want to do the other numbers? (In seaplaneport.pcx). About 50 numbers and letters in the other orientations.
Hmm... now there's a nice idea... number the terminals. Bit heavy on having to have lots of sprite definitions, but might look quite pretty.
