I don't think it is a good idea
One TTD truck is as long as the half of one square, and if is the garage 2 squares long, it is looking a bit odd. I've made a longer version, but 2x2 is too big.

Hope it makes sense.
I mean abuilding that fills the whole tile so it can be tessellated either up or across to give the impression of a block of buildings... This building you've already drawn would be the end part.

mabey on the platform make it a tad wider, and ion the third section, it could open out onto a larger space

Id suggest maybe something on the roof to fill it out. Maybe some vents? Aerials? etc.?

now you need a second platform so the platform can bedoulble tracked
it could even have the buildings in the middle with a little crossing!!!
