Oh shut up!
He doesn't have to draw wheels for any trains, there are trains which you can't see their wheels.

jonty-comp, keep going! :D

I'll probably have the other 8 views tomorrow... then I have to do the other carriage. :( I can see now why it takes you people so long to make a set.

because it takes longer to make steamers and sloped front trains
and you need people to code it alswell

Ooh, just some friendly advice:

The pacer is much shorter than other rail vehicles, so it should be a few pixels shorter. I remember I had to do it.

Aren't both cars of the pacers almost equal to eachother? Then you don't have to draw a second car (or only add tail lights to it).

Pacers are classes 140 to 144, innit? They certainly aren't Class 252 (which was the prototype HST).

Yeah, and the class 142 was the most produced one. Ive even been in the cab of one and honked the horn! :P

Oops, I meant to put 'Class 142 Pacer', not 'Class 252 Pacer'. Sorry!

Also, I've been a little delayed today (homework! :x), so wait for tomorrow instead.

Whoa! More spare time. I don't usually go on the PC after 6 o'clock. That's given me time to finish the first 8 views of the Pacer!:

Enjoy! (I hope!)

Looks great!

Perhaps to make it look more realisticly like 2 seperate carriages, why dont you add some grey pixels to one of the set of sprites to make it look like two seperate cars? Just a suggestion though

Cool. But the _ view doesn't look right. It's too boxy.

Great! :D
Although i must agree with what Jezulkim said.

Other than that, looks great! :D

I wondered about that... :? I forgot to draw the things on the roof, I'll do that now. So, do I need to draw a whole new set of views for the 2nd carriage, or can I just change the lights? (to red)

I await your wisdom. :o

EDIT: Oh wait, there's another door on the back carriage as well. I've drawn it in and here's the finished product (below). Would someone be kind enough as to code it to replace the Mandeley-Morel DMU or the Dash? I tried doing it but I only got errors, and I really want to see what it looks like in the game. :D

still looks a bit plain on the broadside view. Try removing a row of pixels on the bottom, and put in some wheels/fuel tank. That might help

Hey this is a strange train, are these trains built up from railbusses? Because I don't see the door from on of the coaches to the next coach in the sprites...

Okay, some quick feedback...

Firstly, you've got a cab at both ends of each car. That shouldn't be so - it should have a cab at one end, and a corridor connection at the other. I also think you've got the doors wrong - the two cars are actually the same, with one door on the left-hand-side and two on the right-hand-side.

Secondly, the cab front on the real one slopes back slightly... you might be able to represent that somehow. Also, in the original orange livery, the sides are a much different colour from the yellow front, so you might want to change that around. Maybe even make the sides company colour blue?

Thirdly, try lifting the grey bar at the bottom up one or two pixels, and put the underframe details in.

Fourthly, give us some stats, fix the graphics, and I'll code it up for you. :)
