Looks nice. How does it look if you would connect the straight piece of road to the curved piece of road?

This doesn't look bad, however I think the white line should be thinner.

do you think i should make it lite gray and put dark grey around the outside as i am still following your original guidelines about a one pixel wide white line and lite gray to soften it

I mean something like this.

The center line appears to be off center and I think it's truly too thick. Experiment with a less bright white too, there are more shades of white in the palet.
In the mean time I'm seriously considering a release of my roadset again...

or try less pixels wide, but slightly brighter... it's awlays the last thing you try (probably cause once you find it you stop changing it)

1. Yes indeed, it should be fixed soon.
2. I was talking to Mr. X. You don't have to read that dimension page, you seem to understand dimensions perfectly.

The road lane becomes too small when adding an extra line at the side of the road, IMO.

That depends on how you do it. If you draw the line directly on the edge of the road surface it won't harm. If you keep a dark pixelrow between the end of the road surface and the line it will look bad indeed. You could make the roads wider but that means A LOT of extra work.
