Thanks to SpriteEdit, it's not at all hard to recolor the appropriate sections to CC blues.
To get a good answer, ask a Smart Question. Similarly, if you want a bug fixed, write a Useful Bug Report. No TTDPatch crashlog? Then follow directions.

Wow those blow away the official planeset drawings, theyre amazingg!!!! \Exactly how did you get them so good? Can i request a 717 too. Also the planes in TTD look so much better in-game in company colours, I hate not being able to tell them apart.

he uses a 3d program to render a 3d model to sprite, very efficient way to generate things like airplanes for TTD.

It should be possible but I think it would be useless, the traincars are very limited in size, and have exact size prerequisites, which is hard to achieve through rendering.
