I'd leave it opened (unseeled) somewhere nobody could reach it, but as many people as possible can see it and inhale the resulting stimulating aromas as it rots.

I would use it to clog the water main and see half the area spurt water like geysers and the other half be bone dry & reek like cheese.
Just trying to make a living in this world...

And apparently making a living also includes playing locomotion.
