Thanks for the info Lighthouse, very helpful

I only wanted the passenger bridge so i had to disect Robinh's mod pack to get what i wanted, it added a new track from which you can build the the two part stair bit in the signal section and then you add TRSTAT14.dat from the mod pack to your trackst.dat buildlist

if anybody wants any help on how to do this give me a shout

Thanks for that Lighthouse very helpful, i had to mess around with the mod a bit to extract the dats i required it adds a new track from which you can build the 2 part stairs bit to the passenger bridge and then you add TRSTAT14 (i had to rename because i already had a DAT named that) from the mod pack to your trackst and you're away

Thanks again :)

Hi dedmicz i really like your pics there's a real feel of British Railways there and some nice attention to detail especially Finley station, i'm looking at doing something similar could you tell me where to download the station platforms you have?

It's because I turned off all four square buildings. Bigger cities keep building only these ones in centers, however small towns look pretty cool without high and huge buildings.

Meanwhile, I've started a new map. Again it's flat and rather based on realism then effectiveness. This time, main theme is big city and it's suburbs.

Enjoy. :)

I made a map like that once, except the city center consisted of 5 hyper-expanded towns.

Good second shot :)

I don't think it would find much success, not as many people play Locomotion as they do Transport Tycoon.

Then again, I have my own screenshots thread. Go for it :P

I'm glad you like it. British thread would make sense when there was more people posting screens with UK stuff.

According to map, there are still no trains running, so I have some time to polish the lines. Here is the last teaser. These are the biggest stations I've ever made and Im a little bit afraid if they gonna work properly.

I'd be worried too, those individual lanes for the station don't look right.

Massive station though :P

Wow, that's really huge! Do you actually have any cargo reach (counting passengers also as cargo) with such distance from the buildings at those platforms in the middle?

Ye, I put signs (part of station) at the egdes of station, so every track reaches cargo. However it's not going to 'produce' thousend of passengers, rather smaller amouts, but I don't care that much. Station looks almost realistic and thats the most important to me.

I guess with the British-themed screenshots dwindling, I should contribute.

Here are some old, poor shots of the Lake District that have been in my Locomotion folder for months :P

Some pics of an old Serpent game I played for a very long time.
I only included screenshots of the parts of my network that looked the best/are recently build.
