My new tactic for performance index is a minimum amount of trains instead of maximum. With passenger liners it may take up to 35-40 to reach tycoon level, but with long freighters it takes 10-12 to reach 80%.

They only get you a higher rating because they carry much more cargo and make the most money, not because you have so few of them.

Well I know, it's just that I haven't tried long trains in until just recently, given that I had nothing but basic trains until this year

I like what you did with the lumber route in the first screenie, all of my maps get too crowded before I can have fun like that. Did you have to landscape all of that, or is there something that activates the mountain tool? I'm only asking because there's a trainer that does that in RCT2.

They should use some Australian buses.

I dug up the savegame of AI madness and left it running for 18 hours on full speed.

Notable is the fact that there are only half of the amount of industries that the map began with.

Note: The odd wooden bridge is the result of AI use of Tattoo's rock earth slope.

We all have to begin somewhere. And some of us just can't afford that new bus just yet.

I just can't believe that in 206 years, I didn't make enough to buy a single SD70.

Hi all iv been working on the east anglia map that iv down loaded couple of days a go iadded some extra towns like upminster, basildon, wickford and southminster as you can see from the pics below and there are some uk buses from the uk bus set.


The first pic show liverpool street and fenchurch street with one railway train departing for cambridge and C2C train loading and apporaching fenchurch street. The secand pic show C2C train in upminster with local bus routes stagecoach 248, Arriva 370 and 346 bus routes. The third pic show C2C at baslidon train station heading for Fenchurch street.

This pic shows C2C train heading to Fenchurch Street direct form basildon and the secand train heading for southend. The secand pic shows C2C train loading at southend and a first great eastern/ one railway service to southminster vi wickfrod and a local bus service from basildon to southend. The third shows first/one railway departing platform 3 to southend and service from london liverpool street at platform 1 heading for southend as well

Please, don't resize screenshoots. They looks worse and takes more brandwith.
Just save them in PNG, (with a optimized palette).
