Dear Leon
You sent a great, but hard question. A list like that does not exist, just because the early firms had an own stock, in which carriages mostly drove in several combinations along with several locs. It's not that a certain series of coaches drove with a certain series of locs. At least, not by standard.
Of course you can show me the result, so I can indicate if the set is historically correct. That is way easier for us both. Also, for the current stock it's easier.
Success!
Yours sincerely,

But, still no response from the NS. Can't get a correct e-mail address for them, where
info@ns.nl as well as
service@ns.nl return "This mailbox does not exist-errors"
From this mail of the Spoorwegmuseum I should say, just look which carriages were used when and use random liveries (perhaps limited by adjacent carriages, so all carraiges in a train look the same) for them. We can always send our results and screenies to the Spoorwegmuseum to let them check if it's historically correct...
I'll keep working on the NS-part.
EDIT: The original e-mail is available, just let me know and I'll forward it your way
