People enjoy a relaxing afternoon at Hundham Central Park, whether it be fishing on the riverside, exploring its trails, playing sports or just soaking in the sunshine.
IT looks like virtual reality, because only them see that place

'Central Park' - Heritage Service
Sometimes during special events, heritage diesel locomotives can be seen at the Central Park Station. Hopefully the greenery can put up with the diesel fumes!

Central Park in the city called Waratah is used for outdoor entertainment. Today there is a concert in full swing with bands from the 70s and 80s.

You've done a great job and I can't wait to see what others come up with.
I hope it will be a showcase of the best that others can create.

Show day. Once a year the town has a show day and there is a hive of activity. Water events, horse racing and some other events as well as all the rides and side shows.

This is from a save game from years ago. So no excuse why the rest of you can not find your favourite saved game with your favourite work. Does have to be a new game. Can be from your past.

I see majority of screenshots here contain images of big towns. I really like to build rural areas, so here's one peaceful view of Habrovany.

Something from a slightly different world.
It was supposed to be a few words, but it turned out to be a bit longer story.
This story is based on facts*
(*The facts were taken out of context and come from completely unrelated stories, but they are still facts;)
The year is 2164. More than a hundred years after the end of the great war that completely changed the face of the world. Although nature has managed to recover and forests have covered the wasteland, large areas are still contaminated and moving through them is mortally dangerous for people. Until now, the only safe means of transport was by plane, but the low efficiency of this type of transport, connecting the developing cities, was becoming increasingly problematic. The Council of the Forty Cities Federation, the only ones that emerged from the ruins after the great destruction and in which all life in this part of the world was concentrated, decided to somehow remedy the communication problems and build a communication network together that would connect all of them. Many different projects and different means of transport were considered. Ultimately, the choice fell on a technology developed before the war broke out - the hypersonic railway. It was not an easy choice. The anticipated costs, both material and social, were enormous. The discovery of the duplication technology developed by dp Corporation was very helpful in making the decision, but the final argument was the short time spent in contaminated areas due to the high speeds. And that made it seem like the only right one. The trains were to travel at a speed of nearly 8,000 km/h on a radial network, where all lines would converge at a single transfer point - a megastation that was to be able to handle over 4 million passengers each month. Due to its low radiation, an island in the middle of a large lake was chosen as its location. Interestingly, it turned out that this island was not uninhabited. A small community lived on it, one of the very few living outside the closed cities. It was probably the low contamination of the island that made them and the animals they bred survive. When they heard about the planned construction, they had no intention of moving anywhere. Like their Chinese ancestors, who held on to their land despite
the highways being built around them, they also decided to stay, even if the station were to completely surround them. Amazingly, the authorities, probably guided by some unclear political interest, decided to leave them there. Thanks to this decision, passengers changing at the station now have access to real milk and food that does not come from laboratories.
Knowledge about the contamination and the dangers of staying outside the cities has become common in all media. No one has even tried to argue about it, or at least it was nowhere to be seen. However, this now famous farm has sown doubts in people. People are increasingly questioning information about the persistent and even increasing contamination. More and more people are noticing the bizarre design of this network, where even the cities closest to each other do not have a direct connection, but all transport takes place through a station hundreds of kilometers away. It is increasingly said that the station was created as one of the control tools, intended to counteract mass protests and people rebelling against the government if necessary. People are increasingly asking where the heroic construction workers have gone, who sacrificed their lives working on the construction of the network in a contaminated environment. Why do journalists who happen to ask an uncomfortable question disappear and no one knows what happens to them? Why, since the network was created, only high-ranking government officials and their families have been allowed to fly on airplanes? This station increasingly arouses fear in people...
Some facts:
Regional population: 21.8 million people
Largest city: Prugatory 0.82 million people
Central station capacity: Approx. 8 million passengers per month
Used capacity: 3.9 million passengers per month
Highest recorded train speed on the route: 10,058 km/h

Recently, I have been thinking that this competition no longer makes much sense and it is time to end it. Last half year there are no competitors and this thread is little dead
LaChupacabra saved the situation for now
So VOTE for your 2 favorite screenshots now and we will see in next months. Happy voting!
==================================================================
THAT WAS THE LAST ROUND FOR A LONG TIME. MAYBE THE COMPETITION WILL RETURN LATER, MAYBE NOT. THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO WAS PART OF THIS BEAUTY GAME.
