Is this still going? Because I'd love to help creating networks. I tried a tube thing once. It failed miserably.
BTW, the downloads on the site aren't working, neither is the forum.

my guess is it is not continued, got me and a friend interested though. might have enjoyed playing with the proposed new map arrays for underground tunnels.

I can assure you TTT is still in production, i recently made some very exciting changes to the map.
I know it has been a long time coming but please, bear with us! it'll be worth the wait.

Good to hear
In the meantime, though, I tried my hand at mocking up a station, in this case the area around Heathrow. Hatton Cross is just out of shot above, and also unseen are the sidings behind T5 (although they aren't really needed). And don't ask me about the quality, instead tell me what button I press for a screen print other than printscreen on the keyboard!

Go up to the question mark in the top right corner, hold it down and choose Screenshot or Giant Screenshot, it'll give you the shortcut for them too.

Or press 'Ctrl-S' or 'Ctrl-G' respectively. More details on the wiki:

I weren't sure if the shortcuts were the same in OTTD as TTDP so I did it the safe way

How keen

I've just added the other possibilities how to do it. Now he could use whatever he prefer

a suggestion for this thread...
what about making a few stations that looks like it's "higher" up, and with a house or skyscraper(s) and such on top? that will actually make it look like a subway station... for example 4 or 5 2x2 buildings, a subway entrance, and a a handful of 1x1 buildings?
not even sure if it's possible, but it certainly would be cool...

Well, I'm having fun... next is a mockup of the Hammersmith surrounding area. (Thanks Sleepie and Ameecher!

Woah, funky stations. Methinks you should be using the DOS station grf files rather than the Windows versions.

Well where is the metro - you mentioned?
I can't see any metro station or a metro...
Just normal train stations digged up one level lower than everything else....

Well, it would be cool when an Underground view would be implemented in ottd, and when you could build real underground rail lines, somewhat like in Rollercaoster Tycoon.
But, I suppose, that's a lot of work

Indeed - it requires a whole new map array which is a few years off yet.

Don't suppose you could fix the GRF download on the TTT website?
EDIT: Also, is there any chance somebody downloaded - and saved - the PDF from TfL on Page 3 of this topic? The link's dead.
