Is it possible to create a scenario with an existing transport infrastructure, or would it have to just be a saved game?

rename a savedgame to a scenario and hey presto.

Hmm. I was hoping to be able to get the infrastructure built, then set the clock back and reverse town growth.

ah, simple. Enable build while paused mode, build the infrastructure with money cheat if needed, then save, unpause, and set to an scn file.

Still won't that give you too much many to start with? :? There should be a cheat to reduce the amount of mony a player has... :roll:

EDIT:changeing player money... i have an idea...
2nd EDIT.
i removed some of the £50M by starting it as a network game. creating another company. sending that company the cash. then reseting the comapnys ID.

i say toyland should be removed and a better climate added.

raise & lower land, demolish water squares. Both quick ways to reduce money.

I think ill give a go at a megarail style scenario in 512x512 sometime for Temperate.

Agreed, but as long as it's included there should be at least 1 scenario available for it, IMO.

I've been thinking about changing Toyland to Space, where there would be diffrent kinds of asteroids with diffrent kinds of metals/fuels, then Planets that accept certain amount of certain metals/fuels and passengers and mail, then player would have to build space maglev/space container transit systems/Giant spacebarge/space ship routes between them.

I.e roads would become Metal bridges in space(bridges would be removed, road vehicles would become containers that move all the cargo, nothing else than giant spacebarges & spacecraft can traverse nebulas), rails would become maglev in space(quicker types of maglev coming later, no bridges either as only giant spacebarges & spacecraft can travel nebulaes), aircraft would become spacecraft, and ships would become giant spacebarges.

Sea would become Nebula, Ground=Space

Industries:Asteroids/planets(only new asteroids would pop up, planets wouldn't)
Towns could probably become part of planets..

Updated Delta - now with extra islands to the south of the Delta. It is now a temperate scenario. 1024x1024.

Added rocks, some antennas, lighthouses.

Comments please.
