Could you maybe make some more skyscrapers/urban buildings for your CO pack? Some unique geometry ( Curved, diagonal and slope ) buildings could be nice
Not in the next few weeks.

I can make it refiteable.
I just saw this grf the other day and my friends and were on the Nimitz. I'd greatly appreciate if you could make refits for it, as it'd be a hilarious addition to our openttd games.

For base game resources I'd suggest:

4000 passengers
3000 passengers/1000 mail
5000 mail
5000 goods
5000 food (artic)
10000 paper (artic)

Only about 1000 of the 5000 deployed crew are really needed to move the ship. I don't think it'd be a good fit for moving coal, wood, steel, iron ore, valuables, gold, livestock, grain, etc.

The 11 million liter oil number is already accurate, as is the approximate speed at 60 km/hr. I guess if we wanted a true lore accurate ship it'd be 11 million liters of oil, 2000 passengers (the air wing), and however you want to allocate the remaining ~10,000 tons of displacement of storage capacity (a lot of mail is normally in there). That seems a bit over the top though
