whoa
you can't see the streets ;)

I like the new building, but it looks as if the windows are shaded the wrong way? (I mean that they look flipped)

Zimmlock, you'll love alpha 34. Out of nowhere, Csaba has implemented a "newhouses" switch, complete with a full set of newgrf features. I suggest you start looking for coders, because they'll be busy

Maybe you should release the buildings you've completed so far as a sort of "release 1 checkpoint" before adapting to new patch. It won't do you any harm anyway.

Patchman didn't release anything at all and I don't think he would publish any unfinished stuff anyway (there will always be ignorant users). To me it seems it's up to Csaba to release something or not. It won't be checkpoints I think though.

Well, it'll be in the next alpha, I've just installed his diff. Maybe I should release that rather sooner than later; although I haven't done any work on it myself, Csaba's changes would certainly be worth a new alpha.

OEPS, this one,

All the things in the comming patch 34 sounds verry promising, But all coding and so on is for other people, i just make the buildings, am still not able to create grf files even .exe in DOS are not possible. Some one ll have to do this for me, this person ill just send my entire trg1 file and a list with sprite numbers to extract.

Most of your images you've posted I've converted to win-grf-files.

But since not all buildings have been posted in all states, not all buildings are in it yet. If you're interested in the files just PM me and I'll send you the file.

then you can decide if you want to post it here. 8)

Keep up the great work :D

Yes, yes and yes. And I think random colours (without random graphics) too.

Anyone who's interested can read the specs (updated for newhouses) at http://www.ttdpatch.net/src/newgrf.txt

I'll have a go at coding some, if you want, Zimmlock, after the next version of the US Set is released.
It sounds quite complicated (and I'd need some stats and preferably the Windows GRF files habell has made, if possible) but I'll try to do a few, at least. The feature sounds excellent, though: well done Csaba!
And I like the buildings, Zimmlock!

Hold your horses, not yet!
Still have to do 4 buildings in the city and 5 of the suburbs, improvements to some existing buildings and redraw the block of flats.

EDIT:
made some changes to the latesed building, the stores where to heigh compaired to the other structures, chandged the windows and added some shading. the roof looks verry plain but because of the position and the position of the sun there is no shading and or texture visable.

The latest building has finished.

I need some sugestions for the suburbs. These contain only 5 diffrent buildings and are placed in groups to.
What shall i make, a 70's look suburb with endless dull flats. Dutch "vinex" locations they look like old miners towns in a modern style..............
