The problem is when a vehicle is not available yet, you don't see it in the purchase menu - but 2023 should actually be far enough for all of them to show up, unless something is special (or wrong) with this set.

hello,
I solved it. I removed blueFISH, SHARK, Sailing ships ships from the list of newgrf and I replaced it by Multi-Shark. Now it works and those 32bpp ships are available. thanx.

Really strange, there is no reason for it to have compatibility problems with other boats ships newgrf. It sounds to me more like it must be some configuration option of one of those newgrfs that you removed.

We only have ships that carry passengers, and we would also like cargo and oil tankers.

There is a cool passenger-only ship set, and there's
another cool set that lacks passenger ships. Too bad that one is 8bpp normal zoom and the other is 32bpp extra zoom...

Real Ships version 1.3 fixes some bugs and adds Cargo Ships!
Changelog:
- Passenger Ships can now be refitted to carry other cargos. (Tourists, prisoners, students...)
- 14 Cargo Ship Boats added.
Now there are 26 ships in total! (14 Cargo + 12 Passenger Ships!)

Hi guys... what a great set of ships.
I have one remark with respect to capacities:
Depending on the set/grf, a cargo train of regular length (7 tiles) has a capacity of 700-1.000 tons/boxes.
A cargo ship should - in my opinion - have around 10x the capacity of such a cargo train ==> 10.000 tons/boxes.
So when building networks, 1 ship can carry the load of 10 trains.
Your cargo ships load only 600 tons/boxes - seems to be really less to be used in cargo supply chains.
There is a grf to fix this for the vanilla ships.
Maybe you can add a parameter with a capacity multiplier (1x,2x,5x,10x,...) so everyone can adjust to their likings?
For me, that would make this set the perfect one

The capacity is in line with that of other Ship newgrfs such as Shark or Unsinkable Sam. Openttd does not allow making very large ships, so one has to adapt the load capacity to the ships scale.
Something different would be a cheat type parameter to overload them, I'll check it out,
