I see no problem in that, a video is just a sequence of pictures and you pick one from it.

As Berlin Brandenburg is still a "work in progress", I'll go with another one of the airport. This time, a view across the future check-in hall.

Just curious, maybe you mentioned it before, but how do you get inside? You work there on the construction or did you have a tour or something?

I was part of an organised tour in February 2015 with my Aviation College class.

While I didn't even get close to the contruction sites, I had to... despite all the locals around casually strolling the tarmac watching things going or travelling between villages Granted construction was (and still is) in full swing, being mandated that it shall be "done" by the end of this year !

Well, Brandenburg Airport is only 10 years or so late! The building is there, there are just about 17,000+ other issues to fix with it! I believe one of the issues was that the plan to make hot air and smoke (in the event of a fire) go down failed rather miserably, which, IMO is something to be expected!

Naw, Germany has become as sloppy as the rest of the world when it comes to large engineering projects (and sloppier than some ^^). Berlin airport is a disaster, Hamburg concert hall cost nearly 2000% of the original projected prize, and Stuttgart train station hasn't been a lucky project so far either ...
