Not actually had an opportunity to try this until now, but I noted in both OpenTTD 1.5.0 betas and even 1.4.2, I'm only getting water tiles, I'm not seeing the actual bridge part of the sprites. Did something break since 2013?

Still can't get this to work in OpenTTD 1.5.0. Any ideas? Anybody else have these issues?

There is actually no realy bridge part. The sprites will just draw onto the existing foundations so you can create 'custom' bridges. The examples in the first post should illustrate. I only use it with opengfx though..

I might not get around to updating the grf during my PhD, but happy to give people access to the git to update the introduction date.

Yes, what I mean is that I'm not getting the "bridge" graphics drawn on the foundations in any direction.

Hm, and now it appears to be working again. No idea why. Oh well, carry on, and congratulations on your PhD, doc!

Hi Zooks,

Been enjoying your fake bridges for awhile and then used those ideas to make some more. Like to thank you for your ideas that helped me build mine.

I first build culverts for creeks and Storm water drains, then yesterday came up with the idea for Fake River bridges.
