@Dave: G'day. Perhaps you would be so kind as to explain to me why you think my previous post was a "bump". I notice that other members have posted recently, and they were not accused of "bumping"

Well no one had posted for a whole (working) week which should indicate that most people have lost interest in the thread. I will let Dave give his views though.
