February's theme for the monthly competition is General transportation, I think you should be able to sneak some parts of this set in there ;-)

So, after a couple of months of absence, I'm back to drawing some stations to add to this set. Here is the KNLS 1st class station. Found in several places in the Netherlands. (Rijssen amongst others).

What do you guys think? And would anyone use a back view as well?

Thanks guys.

yeah, I'll make the other two views as well. It's too much fun to play with four sided stations...

I recently noticed that at Station Almere Poort the new CTAs have a \/ shape, even though there's no roof. So, could we include those too, please? *puppy eyes*

I kinda like those \/ shaped CTAs more than the boxy ones.

There is one simple tile i really mis in the set.
A buffer with platform to one side.
Now this is only possible with platform to it's back, A L shape and U shape, I needed a I shape multiple times untill now.

Love it, nice details like the PTT post box.

Is there a Sextant somewhere? I think I once saw it was drawn, I need a one tile station building for sidelines.

I tried drawing a sextant a while back, but never got it to look right... always looks rectangular... I might give it another shot, or try some other one tile stations...

Are there graphics around for that one?

Good suggestion, that would make the bufferset complete. On the todo-list.

This looks really good. One thing I would suggest though, is it not a bit odd having the platform-side door of the building right on the platform edge? Do you step out of the building straight into the train?

This is a non-track station, so there will always be a platform tile next to it at the back, and on the front, you can either use Quasts kick ass station tiles or put a road in front, which has a couple pixels of grass or pavement.

Here is the sextant... Or at least what I got so far... I'm not sure this particular shape is ever going to look right in this view.
