Seems to be that <0B "PROT">. 0B defines the callback flags and must be a byte value.
In general, use of that "tutorial" makes not much sense, since it builds only on copy&paste, written by people without much knowledge on coding stations.
A better tutorial can be found here http://www.ttdpatch.de/grfspecs/m4nfoMa ... nsTut.html although it doesn't refer to nfo but on m4nfo. But there's also much better explanation to be found for station coding in general http://www.ttdpatch.de/grfspecs/m4nfoMa ... tions.html than in the official nfo/grf specs.
