I'm actually having the same problem on a computer running Vista. I had been playing it for three months without problems, and just a couple days ago, it won't even load up. It crashes before the Atari splash screen comes up. I uninstalled and deleted all files and folders manually that were left over, reinstalled a clean version of Loco and it still crashes at the same point.

Im having the graphic instlizing problem on my windows 7 home premium. Even update to 1.76 and it still wont work.
