Which is irrelevent, because Dudoronron still owns the copyright. Publishing them under a Creative Commons licence (or giving permission for you to publish them under Creative Commons) doesn't prevent him from licencing or using them any other way he wants to.

I'm not really the license expert, I rather focus on drawing things. ;)
