Does anyone have a copy of the old BR v4.0 because i cant find a download for it online.

Yeah,

here is a zip file with the missing BR pack files.

the UTOWNNAM.dat file that was disscused earlier in this thread was also in the BR set it turns out.

Ah - thats a strange thing for them to miss from repackaging, because the SWT and Scotland regions were actually rather nice ideas.

I've been playing this scenario in the rare bits of spare time that I have - I've been trying to build up the real line network, though started in 1920 because I like the old EMU stock in the game. I've got my main line in and a couple of branches, lately I've been adding the Kingston-Richmond Loop, though getting the lines (roughly) right has been doing my head in. Plus I added some industries for a bit of a mix but actually found that there's no need as my hands are full with all the passengers. Fun, fun, fun. :D

That's a good tip to start at 1920. I added 8 competitors who only have trams and buses. I've played up to 1968 so far, now have 50 trains, 46 rail stations, and carrying ~20,000 passengers per month. How does that compare to what you guys have?
