I played 0.7.0 RC2 for several times, but no .cfg doc at all. I only have a 0.6.3 Chinese edition has .cfg doc, can I use that?

Different versions of OpenTTD use the same config file. They won't create seperate ones (unless they're in seperate directories and they're not using a globally valid config file). You checked for the usual places for the config file mentioned in the do-not-readme file?

OpenTTD always creates an openttd.cfg. Read readme.txt for the locations where it can be. Most likely location is My Documents\OpenTTD\.

I set Tahomabold and small font size 10.
