No, it are different users. We can check IP and host for each one and none match.

IP adress doesnt say much, i think most of the guys are having dynamic IP. (Host doesnt change though That the dutch people are lucky guys with fixed is another thing. (Offcourse lucky in some way though )

Even if a user has a dynamic IP address, we can see all the IPs a user has posted from, and it's usually fairly obvious if a user has a dynamic IP, because the IP addresses will be quite similar.

IP address and MAC are fairy easy to hide. Only issue might be the slow speed. Don't put me into temptation now...
And let me not say how, because some banned members might misuse the directions.

Now about how lucky Danish people are... how will you download from Rapidshare with a fixed IP?

Rapidshare is useful for other reasons than that. For example, I've wanted to give large files to friends, files that are above my email's attachment limit, so i put them on rapidshare.

I first joined the UKTS forums a few weeks agom up until i reached my 15th post all my posts were being reviewed by administrators, perhaps this could be done? (i know, it's more work, but if orudge wants, i can help)

It would be a good idea, but would require a lot of work to maintain that system. The only problem I see with that it what's to stop people after the first 15 posts posting in the way that the initial period stops them from doing, all it may do is quell the storm for a small time.
