US square Map

I know I don't have the enhanced paper cycle, but I guess I have everything else. Only problem is the link in the enhanced paper cycle topic seems te be so old, it doesn't work anymore. Is there some other place I can download this?

You have the US set (since this map needs it), Cargo pack 2.0 has an option to install the paper mod.

packs after 2.4 install it for you when you install the cargo set

from what kind of thing could this be?

It will mean that you either don't have the file, or the file you have is corrupted I presume.

Indeed, I don't have the file, but what I mean with my question is: from which set is this file, or where can I find this file/set?

Judging by the file name, I would say it was a Dash 9, if Plastikman uses the same sort of naming as I do with the BRSet. Then by going with his tracking table it should be in Cargo Pack 2.0 which on AMI Trains website its probably North American Pack 2.0 Full install or one of the upgrade packs.

You'd need to wait for Plastikman to confirm this or point you in the right direction as I'm only using process of elimination to help you out.

it would be in the NJT pack if that is mine. there are 2 dash9 sounds one is not mine, one is.

DDX40 or DDA40X depending on how you want to call it. It is stand alone or LTD3.

Locomotion complains when loading the map.

I installed the following Platikman's mods:

Automotive mod 2.6 [New Industries] - (2.7Mb, Exe in Rar)
Dekosoft BN Pack (Needs UP Pack) 1.0.5 - (6MB, EXE inside Zip)
Dekosoft UP, Provo Scenario and Mini Scenery Pack 1.0.5 - (24Meg, EXE in zip)
Map Making tool 1.4 (Back-up and restore tool for making maps) - (19MB, EXE in Rar)
North American Megapack 1.0.0 (Cargo, Amtrak, Classic Pass) - (98MB, EXE in ZIP)

I've probably installed a few others as well.

Engine sound for the GP35.

that is in several packs including the Dekosoft and megapack.

I am not sure how that be just lost.

I do have the SNDGP35E.DAT file in C:\Program Files\Atari\Locomotion\Chicago_Locomotive_Works\Objects\Common_Files\Sound\Dekosoft_Packs

but the error I get when loading the US Square Map in Locomotion is:

Unable to load saved game....
Missing object data ID:
SNDGP35E/817D821342793A42

did you run the web installer? check the readme for how to run it.

one you did the basic install, you needed to then copy the packs you wish to use to your Locomotion/Objdata.

the web installer looks like this (well the christams release version):

it should start after you run the megapack installer. if you have to run it manually, it is located at C:\Program Files\Atari\Locomotion\Chicago_Locomotive_Works\
the same goes for the Dekosoft installer.

Where, or in other words in what file, can I find the installer. I have a shortcut to something that looks like a steam engine, but it just installs the cargo, amtrak,... packs in a row.
