little means how much? 3 tiles? 4 tiles?
Remember, this one is above 100 meters long!

Regarding scale: I like it as it currently is. You should add some details though and better coloring. There is no water/waves hitting on the sides, no nets... If you want to make a number of small fishing boats with birds flying over is something that will fit better.

Sir A Boey your grf for dock is good. What is it?
It might also be better to use the small cranes in your grf as a fishing ground graphics. They look better than the large ship, IMO.

Maybe a bit smaller... You could ad some sort of Fishing stage, you can keep the original ship and let it dock at this sort of fishing stage and the company ships could get the fish at this place? it's just an idea
you can see an example
here

But the ship is just a industry. I yet have to hear about moving industries being implemented into newGRF. I would be actually terrified and freaked out if industries started to move around.

And I don't think it's easily possible with ships of that size.
Although I admit it's a bit bizarre with a ship bigger than the ships you own yourself, even if the bigger fishing ship is actually in scale.

I would like to see a moving fishing industry. It need not travel over the whole map. 20 tiles radius would suffice.

And apparently for me most of my industries are wrongly named.
See attached.
