Bumped into this dude that I went to primary school with on Saturday. He recognised me and remember my name, yet couldn't remember him at all, though his faced looked familiar.

For some odd reason I always remember faces and almost always linking the correct name with that person. But they often don't know me anymore. :?

Supermassive black hole!

Cars are expensive to run. It seems my money is going into a supermassive black hole.

Excuse me while i find a corner to sit and be dejected in. This'll have to be another "I'm not going to press [enter]" post. I broke my pc this morning. The basics of it are that i have a 250GB hdd, and it's got two partitions. One has the OS, and the other is filling up with junk, after that forking MSN virus it was playing around a bit. So i thought, Hmmm, lets make the non-OS partition active. Bad Idea. It forked it up well. So, i suddenly had a brain-wave, why not use the 20GB hdd with XPx64 and make the OS partition active. BAM! It worked.
On another note, not only did i just press enter without FF crashing, but America's Army, the game, SUCKS MAH BALLZ! I've tried to download it, what, 3 maybe 4 times now. It always says there is a corrupt file. Well, the US can stick it where the sun dont shine.
That is all.

Please destroy all Windows Trial Disks before reading on.
Thats right. Why did i go off of IRC after saying "f*** f*** f***"?
Because my XPx64 Trial copy screwed up, royally. I had this nice folder with a *load* of install .exe's, i go to install something, i'm greeted with a blank page.
>_< FORKING WINDOWS! It deleted a good 50 to 100 .exe's!
So, now, i've installed 2000 over my XPx64. Formatted the b******. Please, someone, show me how to run a decent linux pc.

That is all.

You don't have much luck with PC's do you sir? And Owen, running an old diesel is bound to be expensive, and noisy. Just sell it and buy something more economical, and better :P

Heh, luck? Whats luck. I just think someone is trying to demoralise me.
I am usually rather good with pc's, hence why i'm doing a BTEC National Diploma for IT (General).
What is a BTEC? It's a Business and Technology Education Council (UK)

For the time being my system is back up and running, with pretty graphics now too. Sound is following, AV And Firewall have been installed, and soon my 250GB HDD will have a 120GB and an 80GB drive to accompny it. Until i finish moving stuff, *again*, then the 80GB will be retired. Again.

That is all.

Eh, it gets some 50 miles to the gallon or so... I got up to St Andrews (330 miles or so) on half a tank. It's a pretty efficient car, really. I would prefer a bit more of a modern car in the future, I think, but considering this one cost me nothing (except for tax, etc, obviously), I can't complain. :P

I just didn't understand this thread, but if were supposed to write stuff that have happened and things we have dreamt:

This night I dreamed that I was going on the bus to school, and I saw Owen and Chrill sitting there,
discussing stuff with Andel. Andel looked like a easter-egg. (strange what a small avatar can do to your brain...)
Owen looked like an old man, just as his avatar,
and Chrill looked like his current avatar, holding a swedish flag in his hand.
When we was about half-ways, Owen started jumping in his seat,
and the bus driver came and talked to him,
and the name plate (or whatever its called, my dreams are in norwegian) said it was Illegal_Alien that drove the bus.

Has anyone ever noticed their friends' ability to make them buy drinks when they didn't actually intend on drinking anything that night? It's rather expensive...
