1. beginning of the 80's: the cities have become vast Metropolii (???) and to simply have all it's passengers transported is a tough job, especially if there hasn't been any pre-planning on it. hence the chaos.

2. also, the follow-ups of the mighty 15A has become the even mightier electric 9E, after a quick experiment with the also great WAM-4. that one remains for the goods line, but the 9E will from now on take on all major oil duties.

I find it hard to believe that the first town only has a population of 20,000.

Nice pics. 8)

Nice screenie's :) The TRS looks really great. I didn't played tropic for ages. Seems it's time for a new try

Btw. is this a random generated map or do you use a custom scenario?

t'is randomly generated, with that new TerraGenesis thingy. the "hilly" option is excellent.

thanks.

in the meantime, a very small coal mine has been set up. plans for a larger network are there, but the company not yet has the funds to sustain it.

additional passenger lines are to improve Prunwood's growth.

edit: an additional line has been set up, adding another town to the yet growing network

another goal realised, travelers can now get through the entire country. because of the large and important Wenbridge station. isn't she a beauty.

somehow, cute little passenger services enlighten the frosty mountain areas. and as well as that, profits to boot.

heh, correct sir, there should've been a tunnel at the top one, but "local authorities won't allow me to do so". ;)

after an extensive tree-hugging session, i corrected it though. :)

haha, the local authorities will love you for the many new trees and the roofs on the upper platform :-)
