I just voted VHS , seems I'm the only one, I had better picked Both

just on thing gasp, what would come under "other"? Say, VCDs (cheap impersonations of DVDs)... what else?

I only use VHS for taping TV movies because I am too cheap to actually buy the movie i want to see incase it's not that good. For example, i taped Cruel Intentions and now i am going to buy the DVD to cut out the Ads.

Cruel Intentions eh? Well I admit, that's a good movie, for me i'm the opposite, If it looks good I'll buy it, well usually I don't buy that much anyway... and I've usually seen it already

We're mearly expanding upon the original topic to make it more interesting

You question is stupid. Soz to say, but even this dutchman whose english is very bad can see it.

Videos can only be watched with a VCR.

I dunno if we should be proud of it. It's funny how much flak we get from everyone else about it - It's an Aussie thing guys! Give us a break - We have trouble staying an one thing fullstop, not just TT forum topics

Hah, look how far OT we are now

Lol, well we Aussies have our own way, you need time to adjust to our numerous topic changes, cause we get bored of the original ones

Lol yeah. What was the orignial topic? Something about VHS/DVD i think...

Oh well it wasn't the most enthralling topic ever so i doubt people will mind to much if we go OT. They should be used to it now n e ways.

Meijers dont have a clue how dutch people are. We are more then just drugs smoking people with funny clothes, tullips, windmills and wooden shoes!

We are even better then americans, but that is mine opinion :D

I tend to buy DVDs, then tape them to VHS cos I don't have a DVD player in my room yet, and I do have a video player. I figured there's no point buying VHS anymore though, cos in a few years time I'm gonna regret having to have both hooked up cos my faves are all on VHS. I have my eye on a cheap and nifty looking DVD player, if I ever buy that I won't have a problem any more (unless it has no clock cos I use my video player as my main clock).

haha.

"Best DVD player in the world here. Multi region, 5 DVD changer...."
"Does it have a clock?"
"No"
"Don't want it thanks"
