here's todays last update, i shaded the roads and almost eveything that needed to be. i also added two lamp posts on the front of the building (in parisian style). this version can be considered as an almost final version.

Buildings can only be bigger than 2x2 if they are industries.
i have a bit of an issue, is it 64x64 in the manner as shown below?

EDIT: dont worry, i kinda understand now, (simply by being able to compare the building above with my "square")

More road texturing and it'd be nice.

i've shaded slightly the roads and i've tried to make the full estate which my building belongs to.

AFAIK, that's impossible, code wise, unless it's considered an industry.

well actually it was just for fun, but if you make it as an industry, it can produce pax and mail in exchange of pax+mail+good, could work?

it could be an 80's era building, producing Yuppies.

well i've begun some construction stages, it's very early WIP but i'd like to know how i should do this correctly. (borrowed the trucks from Zimmlocks Stock exchange destruction)
waiting for constructive comments.

Looking great! However, I'm not sure how the front driveway will fit in the TTD world. TTD won't know it's a road, and so will put a sidewalk there separating it from the real world. Try putting a TTD road next to it and you'll see what I mean. Maybe using that area for more grass, or to make the building bigger, would come out better.

maybe it would work better if i make a curve on the top side of the road and putting some more grass at the place were the old road is, transforming it in a way to go to the parkings under de building. (see attached example)

No, a TTD Square is 32px along each side. Every building sprite (or sprites) must be inside these squares. Lt_Gable will need to split his graphics into four TTD squares if they were to be coded.

Leutenant!
I have one thing to suggest with your nice building.
The 'step' on the right seems to be off as opposed to the left.
The 'off-ness' would indicate that the landscape on the lowest level should be shaded to show gradient... but that wouldn't fit with the dimensions of the tile...

It might just be my eyesight

see attached:

well it's something i haven't seen, thx, it's a problem with the lower wall it descends after the big curve next to the entrance of the parking but not that much.

EDIT: corrected i think
