First of all pretty cool to see all the stuff u guys are doing. On another topic however :-
Are there going to be any updated screenshots. Are there changes only in the background or also in look & feel. The last screens are of April 10th http://www.openttd.org/screens.php

The majority of changes since the last release are changes to how the game works behind the scenes rather than what the player sees. Also IMO the gameplay is far more important that graphics in OpenTTD.

Anyway, great job guys! I look forward to a 0.5 release!

When 0.5 comes out, there will be the the overhead wires and the third signal colour, so if anyone has a good screenshot to show off these features, then they are free to submit it.
