personally i'd like there to be way way more HQ stages. but ultimately i'd rather it be more buildings the player can build (like Sim city/ civ) as well as upgrades of the existing.
regional offices in areas you are loved would be great IMO.

Changing the topic to more of a suggestion, but could the statues of yourself become a regional office?

What do the statues do, anyway? I know that if you build your HQ in a town this aids your ratings, I belive. Do the statues do the same? If so, then it would be a fairly simple grf mod to change them to regional HQs, surely. Makes a bit more sense to have a little HQ (like a company-owned travel agent!) than a statue.

This isn't really the place, but IIRC a statue in a town boosts the all ratings in all your local stations by ten points.
