Do you mean the track, or the freight trams? The cars and engines I will post on Thursday. As for the track, I can't find the speed limit in the XML. I don't think it is in the ROADTRAM.dat file.

Yes old topic but I'm bringing this back up since we have the trolley bus network. This might be possible to work properly.

Work properly? It worked the way I wanted(mostly). I never provided a final version because no one seemed to want it, and I also stopped playing Loco.

I like being able to run freight on a tram line, but I prefer to build elcetric interurbans for that use. Trams force a double track on us, whereas the interurbans can run on single track, like the real ones. What's missing is the ability to run a railroad track on a road, so you can run into town. You could blaze your own private ROW through town, knocking down buildings, or come in on an elevated track. We also need more interurban models - please, please, please.

you can place a road depot or train station next to the tram station and it will accept freight (whatever the other station accepts; mail, goods, autos etc).

[quote="metalangel"]andel, it would be very useful early on between 1900-1930 (when this sort of thing was done IRL anyway) as the trucks of the time are pretty useless at moving any real quantity of cargo.

But if you use the LocoMod u can install any truck of whatever era even in the year 1900, so I don't think trams should be used for transport of goods and stuff like that. I mean even I don't use the small railway tracks for one reason that there are way to less downloads for it and secondly because those trains aren't very fast.
