hanzalik: Thats why GRFCrawler was born, it was really hard to find a specific grf, currently I wait for Owen to support logins, so Grf Authors can manage their own graphics... (and upload versions)
The internals of GRFCrawler are language neutral, so multi language support could be added, but currently there was no need for it because description and search strings need to be in english...

We started publishing articles about GRF sets on our website
http://ttd.tycoonez.com/?id=10. At this time articles are wrote only in czech language, mainly for czech and slovak players of TTD, who doesn't understand english.
In every article there is included short description of the set, screenies, name of creator, link at grf set home site and files for download. I hope someday it will be also in english language but we haven't enough english interpreters.
If some author of certain GRF set doesn't agree with publishing his work, please write it here, in this topic.

Ok, no problem.
First I'll test them
(of course I know there are great and precise, but testing phase is necessary 
) and then I surely can write article about your planes.
