I was thinking; isnt there a value, thats allows you to make a prefab stations with a lengt of e.g 5 squares instead of 1 of the time?

doubt it, but it maybe possible to do it, i dont know. but placing the stations one by one is fine with me.

Or what about a width? that would be awsome, to make stations like Amsterdam Central. With that kind of roof.

Or how about a station that combines hotel and railway station, a la St Pancras - the worlds most beautiful station!

Oké, for a sort of depot combined with something like the roofless station made by Scrat, it will look good.

After all airports have also a larger surface.

i've actually made/making the station by using the station from loco. :D

k, i've finished the station, but there's a problem. the station is in the game perfectly, you go on the scenario editor and the station is there, select it, thats fine. but when you start a game and try to build the station, it aint there, anyone know why? i've used the correct pallet and everything, it must be the .xml file, but what?

Look at the roofless station from Scrat.
It's in the build menu, but it has there the same looks as the standard one.
Only on screen in the game it becomes roofless.

i was reading that topic for the roofless station, and correct me if i'm wrong but, in order to make a new station, i'll have to edit the trackst.dat file yeah? or is it something completly different? because i dont want to replace the other stations

No it's only the Trstat5.dat.
So nothing to do with tracks.
Trstat6 and 7 are for the maglevs i think, so only one left and that's 8.
So be sure you make a good one. :wink:

IMO the only difference between trstat4 and 5 is the name and the png's.
Check the xml and you know it.

well, i think what i've done is made a new station completly im not sure. because what i've called the .DAT file TRSTBAY because i thought using a different name will make a new station or something. so wouldn't calling the DAT file matter on making a new station or is it something to do with the .XML file or something!?

I don't know, but it has to appear in the station building menu and i think that like the bridges the max amount will be eight.

well, the problem is a bit worst, the selection thing (scenario editor) and the little picture on the screen thing, it comes up with the oringinal UK station, but before it came up with the actual station i made it self. so i doubt it's the name of the .DAT file it's something inside the .XML file. but what?
someone has to know whats wrong, please
