Hi Geza,
Very nice work, thank you!
Unfortunately I have some missing categories:
I tried to change the pallete, but doesn't help and I tried to disable all other grf, but still buggy.
What is the problem?

I believe those buildings are only available after a certain year.
Your game is most likely too early right now.
You can use the Cheat-function to change the year of your game.
When you get that darker menu-preview, that is caused by the game not being in a year that the object (or station) is available.
In some cases it can also be when buildings are only available in an earlier time-period.
