I coded the maize station, the building with barrels is not being build yet but it will come soon.

The top row of short stations (two tiles long), they don't show any buildings at all, do they? I mean, are they recognizable as a station in any way?

Yes, they have mud on the ground.

I'll try doing some pixel randomisation, but I don't promise it will look nice at first. Actually, I'm a bit worried it will be ugly. But I'll try

XeryusTC, Impressive work! But there are some things I'd like to see changed.

Why is there a grass+dirt on the desert instead of desert+dirt? Can you fix it?

And could you please change the way the empty tiles are added? How about the idea below?
Max grain elevator size: 4
Min grain elevator size: 2
Max bare ground tiles: 2+2n where n=number of grain elevators?
Resulting in

Station length  2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11
Empty tiles     0 1 2 2 2 3 4 3 3  3 and so on

Finally, could you please show some bigger station layouts? Like 7x15?

People people! I'm back :D
I'm so sorry I didn't gave you signs of live, but I'm back now :)

Here, a wood station. Tell me what to change and I'll finish the other direction. All opinions will be appreciated, as always :)
The first two sprites are a waypoint. The white building is a station main building, and the brown building is to be scattered around the station, just like cranes and piles of wood.

XeryusTC, how about a wide building built between tracks and overlapping at the other tile? Shall I cut it into two sprites?

Yes, cut everything that covers 2 or more tiles into per-tile sprites, otherwise some clipping errors wil occur.
And it's ok to draw the other direction too IMO, changes can always be made later.

Not yet, I screwed up with my old code and need to redo big parts of it :(. I will let you know when it will be test ready-ish.
