Bio: I think the airport on alltakens site was made when the squares where 25m across. I think that airports need completly redoing, unless theres renders that alltaken is yet to show. Even if it is done, thats just one airport anyway.
terminals are really the only thing that need doing.
i can do roading/ runway tiles in a fraction of the time most people could, and these elements AFAIK can the used with any terminal.
it will take some very technical skills to do roads, rails, and other track stuff efficiently.

Is the wiki down, or is it just me who can't get it to open? Edit: Disregard. It works now.
By the way, will all aircrafts (passenger and cargo) have windows, or will there be two versions?

More it is pleasant to me two versions

There is no problem for me to make two versions, but the question is then how the windows should be applied. Should I render one version with windows and one without, or should I just render one version and then add the windows as some kind of overlay?
I don't know enough about these things to decide what would work best.

i'd say put the windows in the "overlay" colors, cause then you can get your freight planes in different livery and without names without needing a new inamge for it, just a new overlay....
but im not sure what is easier to do...

These Graphics are beautiful - implement them and i might have to switch from the Patch
Seriously: How far are they from implementation?

Its one of those "when it get done" things. Or to say the same thing a different way, when 32ppx graffix support is included in v0.5.0

Its impossible to say at all at this stage. Although it is slated for 0.5.0, it's impossible to tell until every graphic is done, and the code to support it is being committed. It could be 1.5.0 before graphics get implemented.

That tree is real pretty, how did you model it?

I have added some suggestions to the Rail Vehicles talk page. Feel free to go and look.
Crazy_Vaclav : WOW. Lovely work on those plane textures.
But how are company colours going to work? Should we use a few colours for different company colours? 2 company colours is a feature coming soon too.

Thanks.
Do you mean company colours for planes, or just in general?
About what you wrote on the wiki, so it is possible to have different versions of the same wagon? I was unsure, as I thought perhaps there wasn't enough vehicle slots.

There's no gap in the fence, so peeps can't enter or leave the house, both on foot and by car.
Looks very nice tho

Lovely house, BerberJesus, like it - "Home, sweet home"
Sooo... some of you are creating so nice graphics, that I thought finally I also could do so (damn, it seems there exists no adequate translation of the phrase "endlich mal wieder").
For the beginning I've picked the easiest one - scale never minds, colors never minds, moving object, so that there are no construction states...

.
No, but I saw the empty ufo-slot on the wiki, and hoped nobody else already created it. (It should be the big ufo in the game, that one that explodes on the rails.)
Hope you like it. Maybe the scale is not ok, but that's easy to edit.

BerberJesus: looks even better in the close-up ... if you still want to surround it with some land simply make it a 2x2 object

Shouldn't you base it on the UFOs from X-Com?
Pictures of all UFO types are here:
http://www.xcomufo.com/ufo/index.html
The ones in TTD are the Medium Scout and the Small Scout.
Humans like aesthetics more, and that's why our Skyrangers and Avengers look cooler:
