Yeah, i love streamliners. I think Cab Diesels (Streamliners) are actually the only kind of diesel trains id actually ever use in my game.
[OffTopic]
For the question why Stadler FLIRTs suck is that i rather dislike Multiple Units (Also im commuting ith them daily).
They suck because of:
Only having one toilet in a whole consist
Being Slow
Having doors that like to crush me
Not being able to open the windows
Being a MU
[OffTopic/]
Edit: Ive worked out a naming scheme for the Trains

looks great... try to put some space between the coaches...like there is between the engine and the 1st coach. i think it will look even better (IMHO)

Well, i can really put a gap between it, since that looks rather large in comparison.
In that scale, it looks really akward to have a gap inbetween if it are pax coaches.
Compare, has the attached pic huge gaps inbetween?

You could do it like the attached picture, although IMO shortening them 1px would look better in game - sometimes (=all the time) we have to trade off a bit of reality to increase the game experience.
There's also quite a big difference in height in your sprites - in _ view the roof begins 9px above rail, in the / \ | views it's only 6px. I've shaved off 1px from the wheels in the _ view in my examples, but you might also consider increasing the height 1px in the other views.

Thx AndersI
I just guess I suck at shading, scaling and drawing in general.
But atleast i tried.
About the thingy with the roof height, they are equal to the ones on Purnos Drawing Tutorial, i believe.
Whatever, i am currently trying to draw an Railcar. Any suggestions?
Edit: Done with the Railcar:
Name : HLA CPe-456 (Third Rail Electric)
Manufacturer : Hexter Locomotive and Aerospace
Available : 1934 - 1968
Cost : $ 20,240 USD
Running Cost : $ 5,750 USD
Power : 1,700 HP
Weight : 80 Tonnes
Capacity : 50 Passengers
Max Speed : 80 KM/H
Max Tractive Effort : 48 kN
Reliability : 89%
Life : 30 Years
Suitable for : Commuter Passenger
Pax Equipment : HEP From Third Rail

No, you don't. But we can always learn more and get better. Many small things are not visible at all in game, and some things that seemingly doesn't matter at all when you're looking at the plain sprite becomes very visible in game.

I think the proportions in Purno's tutorial has been discussed before, I even have a faint memory of Purno revising some numbers in the text, but not the images (but I could be wrong). This is probably mostly a matter of taste - I like my diagonals a bit higher than the Purno tutorial shows them...

The cargo looks a bit flat. If you use more colors and add a bit more shading on the part away from the sun, and the parts that are shaded by the wagon sides, you can get more depth in the sprite. Example:

Hmm, not A LOT of activity here huh? Well. Im a bit too busy to sprite lately, but, I got a idea for anyone who feels like it.
If any of you played Final Fantasy 8, theres some cool looking trains, and Im sure that this set could use something like that.
So, heres some links to pictures for FF8 trains

What needs to be done is, the Locomotive and the passenger cars, I hope someone will take up this task

If there is any support for this, i might draw the other views of this small 0-6-0* Engine.
*
Whyte Notation: 0-6-0
Swiss Notation (I prefer this one): 3/3
French Notation: 0-3-0
Turkish Notation: 33
