try opening the file in youre editor and repaint all the white areas white. Its probably because you have to shades of white but one isnt true white.

That would cause broken real sprites, not broken pseudos.

And in any case, the background is all the same color, bar the "© lws1984" bit.

Hello lws1984!

(sorry about my English)

You use two sprite blocks with same ID-s. I think the first block same as the second block. Delete or disable one of them.
The problem is in the sprite block. Please, switch on the "Action 2" field, and set it to "Automatic".
This is my mistake, because this is the sprite block's default. I will change it in the next version.*

* Coming soon (this week) with the HP bug correction for Jamesvassie.

Cheers for that, gl2. I'll report any issues I find with it as I use it.

Edit: Oof, when the changelog said that the .lst saving and opening had been sped up, I didn't think it would be sped up by such a huge ammount! Makes working with the Japanset Buildings .grf so much easier now...

As you said, pm szappy to get GRFMaker, but how does he send it to me?

I think he gives you a link and a password. Or maybe I'm totally wrong.

He gives you a link, username, and password. Thanks for the update, much faster now! I can be less productive faster!

When I try to use a .pcx file for a tram, I get an error "0141: The BMP file has more than 500 sprites." This is followed by an error "A803: No sprite selected in the sprite block."

Odd, I think I'm pinging out on IRC...
<Aegir> lws1984: Hmm, could be many reasons. But the one that I can think of is the dreaded two colours of white problem, Open up the sprite sheet in GRFMakers built in editor, and fill in one of the background areas you THINK is white with something like the orange colour from the fire cycle, see what happens ;)
<Aegir> Ooooh
<Aegir> Killed the channel
<Aegir> Or am I pinging out...

The orange color fill didn't work, still getting the same errors.

lws1984, try converting the image file to TTD palette with the built-in editor.
Image
you shouldn't check the checkboxes in the last step shown above, if you're using any action colors (checking them will convert the action colors to normal colors)

Alternatively you could post the image here.

Hello Darkmast49!

Please, check the "Game's path" field in the Settings (File menu). I think, this is the problem.

Oh damn.. totally forgot that.. does it work at OpenTTD as well? I think that's the problem if it doesn't.. If it doesn't, can anyone give me a link for a PROPER download of TTDPatch + sources?
