I suspect traffic may increase over the next couple of months.
Maybe Michael Blunck might even finish v0.9 DBSet?
I jest - keep well folks.

I still lurk and play OpenTTD, but I don't have much to contribute these days.
Except ducks.

Well, if you contribute with more ducks you'll make my day a bit better. That's something.

Swedish is one of those languages where compound words can be used to make a really long word.
I am currently building a knowledge database for our customer service agents at work (guidelines, instructions, etc.), and I have just given it the amazing title of
Kundtjänstmedarbetarkunskapsdatabasen. Yeah, that means "The Customer Service Employee Knowledge Database". It's merely 37 characters, so I'll be thinking about how to make the name even longer. For now, it will have to do.

In german that's possible as well. It gives us some awesome combinations.

My favorite is Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzung. I refuse to say Tempolimit.
Ever see spam accounts linking the same website? Sort members by most recent and 3 of them have the same link. Not posting here for obvious reasons. Also the others all seem to be about gambling recently.

I just came across a word while studying: "Bahnübergangssicherungsanlage" (short BÜSA). That's exactly why I love the German language.
Or what about "Gleisbogenabhängige Wagenkastenquerspielsteuerung"

There's a lot of spam recently. I thought about volunteering as Moderator, but I don't know if it's really needed and I'm not sure, if I'm that far in this community, that people would trust me

I'm most of the time online anyway. I got the forum always open on my computer.

As well, I'm sure the team has enough coverage in the EU time zones. They'd likely need another Raichase, whomst I believe was from down under.

If you're a fan of Eurovision and gameshows. BBC has you covered. One of their newest episodes of 'Pointless' sees Eurovision stars (and some flops) appear and try to win for charity.
It includes a member of Bucks Fizz who won for the UK, Måns Zelmerlöw who won for Sweden, John Lundvik who didn't win for Sweden and SuRie who didn't win for the UK, as well as 4 more!
You can view it here on BBC iPlayer

I do love Pointless. I do love Eurovision. I do not think the BBC iPlayer lets me watch it. I'll have to find a less reputable source.

There are tricks and tips to make you appear in the UK, although due to
the roolz i won't go into detail.
Safe to say, its a good episode. It was nice to see John & Mans on UK TV, they're both real characters and seem happy to just lay back and have fun. Hope to see more of them both.

January: Australia literally burned down
February: Probably the calmest month this year, but we still had COVID-19 and the acquittal of Trump
March: COVID-19, stock market collapse
April: COVID-19, massive unemployment
May: COVID-19, Trump lays the foundations for the Second American Civil War by encouraging attacks on people of color and on journalists, when any sane President would do their utmost to calm the situation down
June: I'm not looking forward to it...
On a brighter note, SpaceX successfully launched two astronauts from US soil, marking the first time a private company launched people into space as well as the first manned launch from US soil since 2011. So there's that.

In 1986, Swedish prime minister Olof Palme was shot and killed while walking home from a night out with his wife Lisbeth. The murder was never solved, although a man was wrongfully sentenced before being acquitted in a higher instance.
On Wednesday, the so-called Palme group (a group of the Stockholm Police working solely on the murder of our Prime Minister), will present their findings. They have announced, earlier this year, that they will be identifying who was behind the attack. Whether or not they will identify an individual or a group remains to be seen, but this investigation has been active for almost 35 years and being able to identify the killer(s) is a massive development.
The Wikipedia article, and the many theories mentioned therein, is a good read:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Assassina ... Olof_Palme
Personally, the two most likely theories mentioned in this article I identify as
"South Africa" and
"The Skandia Man".

Well they did name The Skandia Man today, but the evidence is circumstantial. He was at the scene, his description fits that of the suspect, and he left by running in that direction.
However, there is no technical proof, no weapon, no DNA. All in all, this does not feel all that certain. Likely, yeah, but certain? No.
