it looks like the leaked version of BMSS to me, the original set by mph didn't have 'Island' style platforms IIRC.

That's actually zooks' personal modified version of Dutch Road Furniture. ARRS Objects doesn't have those features yet You need to hire a Zooks to add those modifications then!
