From where? afaik the source of ECS is closed and not available...

Edit: oh, didn't see your answer, George. Anyway, is the source of ECS somewhere to view, or don't you comment it and it is the same as decoded grf?

I store my comments in GRFs, so you do not anything but GRF itself. But if you need any help on my code - you can always ask me

Probably it is conflict with TTRS.

Interesting. There is no bank in FIRS, another set must be providing the bank. FIRS uses the same slot for sand as the default game uses for valuables/diamonds/gold. What other newgrfs do you have enabled?

cheers,

Andy

I'm at work so can't give a definitive list here, but I suspect the culprit is TTRS

I'll sort out a proper list when I get home

Tested with 0.1.2.

Confirmed, yes, TTRS doesn't realize that there isn't any "Valuables". IIRC, TTRS adds his own Bank to the industry list, and doesn't check that the default one is actually avaliable. There were always two banks on the industry list with the default cargo set.

I guess I'll just ignore the banks - unless there is a version of TTRS without the industry adds?

TTRS4 would have banks as houses

Will it disable banks if no valuables/diamonds/gold are available?

Boy, do I feel stupid. I never noticed the General Store, and was going to post a question on why FIRS generates food in Temperate. Somebody else asked first.

Time to try FIRS again! :D

I looked through the Topic and I don't think there is anything about this.
I came across it when I started a new game with the settings you'll see below.
There is only 1 facility for most of the industries on the map..
When I have the Map Size - 2048/2048, 1024/2048 or 2048/1024
Its only with the 2048 map sizes, and it doesn't matter what setting you have set No. Of Industries - Low to High

Seams that the spawning probability of some industries are a little low

Andy - loving your work btw. I have almost finished a game at 512x512 (ie. run out of time) trying to put together a fairly elaborate raw material chain. I thought I would point some inconsistencies (and a bug) regarding cargo. Some of these are not necessarily 'your' problems but if they could be addressed I think that it would really benefit everyone.
Attached is a large screenshot.
HEQS bug : Kilimanjaro uses wrong cargo graphic for gravel (pinky red)
IRS inconsistency : sand, bauxite use [iron ore like] station waiting cargo colour. (I decoded the grf and it only has one 'coloured' pile so I assume that they are recoloured in the fly to match the cargo?)
NARS inconsistency : sand, bauxite use [gravel like] cargo colour

Cheers,
Rob
