Open TTD will destroy railway station if dozer one lines of station.......

some solutions:
Open TTD can't build station or railway when pause?
- that's a featur of openttd, iirc
Open TTD didn't have CFG Files?
- um... i don't think it does. but as i'm not a developer i don't know
Open TTD can't load many grf?
- again, you can load many GRF'a in openttd, Options (magnifying glass -> NewGRF settings -> Add, selecta set, click ok, repeat, then select done.
Open TTD can't dozer one tiles ( use CTRL button)
- for road and rail, use the x shaped button, this is auto(road/rail) builder, to remove many tracks/roads click on the shovel type icon next to the tunnels while in auto builder.
Open TTD will destroy railway station if dozer one lines of station.......
- yes, it does do that, but OpenTTD allows you to modify your existing station.
I have to report, there is no any station display diamond from desert.
- report this here

leaderfrontier: i hope this helps, if you are still having problems, try using search at the top of the page, sometimes questions you may have will have already been answered.

by the way, you did post these problems in the wrong section, use these forums instead, oh, and always use search :D

For another idea.
The ISR 0.7.1 can build minerel tiles which is non - track tiles.
I hope the the is a option to build seat or other to place passenger which is non - track tiles.
I know there is a truck parking already, but if build,i hope it will seen realistic

It may be fun though to have a passenger station set which got the same structure and size as ISR. AFAIK there's no passenger station set with that quantity of tiles which all fit together, is there?

New Stations must come the closest.

You mean MB's station set? It got a nice system, but IMO should be expanded quite a lot.

Canadian Stations works for me - and the style fits with ISR.

CanStations doesn't have every passenger tile you could imagine, but it looks good which is the most important thing in my view :)

I tried Canadian Stations quite a while ago, and back then it didn't really have a custom-station building options, just prefabs...

It is not possible to have a waypoint that covers more that one track. It is possible though, to achieve the same thing using a station. For OpenTTD, 'TTDPatch compatible non-stop handling' needs to be enabled and set the trains' orders to 'non-stop' for that station.
Actually that was changed with the new order system/window in OpenTTD. What was previously known as "TTDPatch compatible non-stop handling" is now "Go via". Go via means "drive through that station but don't stop at it".
With this, it's not necessary anymore to use the old patch setting that mixes up the meaning of "non-stop". It is (I think) mainly kept for backwards compatibility.

The patch option indicates what the default option is for orders. If the patch is enabled all orders will have "non-stop" in their order by default; which means that a train goes to a station without stopping at any other station.

Hi!
I notice something today and I tought that Ill post my "problem" here! So here it is!
If I build stations beside water (example ISR) there stays some cornes where I/we cant build station tiles!(those ugly green half tiles center of a port) But I discovered that I can build there RV Depots and stations!(see my screenshot theard for exact information).
So here is my littel request to look into code and maybe we can build there for example ISR station tiles! This make stations more realistic and nicer to look in game! I hope its not too much asked :)
I hope You all understand what I'm trying to say!

What meaning?
Beardie means that he has the same problem. But I suspect that's not what you are asking. :?
I was just saying like leaderfrontier, that i cannot build two docks per one station, but i didn't know about the cntrl click i can do (as described in more detail by martp3) as for what else you can mean i don't know.

Sorry for posting a reply late not had time to post on the forums recently.

The station buildings are based on real life stations so they are not customizable, but the platforms have a lot of flexibility. The only one missing would be a pedestrian bridge with stairs. I tend to build my town stations using Canadian Stations for the passenger part and ISR for the goods part. They combine quite nicely. I even use ISR's road crossing tiles with the Canadian platforms.

on OpenTTD nightly builds you can use "go via" orders, that treat the station like a waypoint

Perhaps I should try CanStations again sometime, but nowadays I only use DutchStat since those got custom-build flexibility and look familiar to me.

Yes, I know exactly what you mean. You mean corners like the ones in the picture. I also would like to have a station tile for those corners, or maybe a round corner for the riverside walls. That would be realy cool too. SAC made a realy cool screenshot with that once.
But I dare not to ask for such things. You guys have done so much already. But to be honest it is one thing that's realy high on my wish list.

Edit: I removed a part of the sentence "Sac made a realy cool screenshot..." where I said it wasn't a real screenshot. SAC's wonderful work must not be associated with not being real in this. I was mistaken.

Hmm, ALL my screenshots have been accurate, mind you. No fakes as far as I'm aware of!
